Announcement Request Form

Important Announcement Submission Policy

Please note: If you are submitting your announcement in the same month as your event, unfortunately, Public Relations will not be able to accommodate the request.

To ensure proper promotion, all announcements must be submitted at least one to two months in advance of your event date.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 


Please complete this form to request a video announcement for an upcoming Sunday at Good Shepherd Baptist Church. If you would like the GSBC to announce or promote your upcoming church-wide event, meeting, rehearsal or program, it must FIRST be approved and on the GSBC website/app calendar. The announcements are to promote programs, meetings and in-house events that are not regularly scheduled. Personal announcements may not be made unless approved by the GSBC Administration. All announcements must be 45 words or less. Please use correct days, dates and times. If a special image or video is associated with the announcement, please email to gsbcaug@gmail.com prior to submitting the announcement request form.

Flyer/Promo

The PR Creative team will automatically design the flyer for all upcoming events. The design will be up to the team’s discretion unless specific instructions have been emailed to kjohnson@goodshepherdaugusta.org. A flyer will be posted on social media, and announce for Sunday Service or other events. If additional promo materials such as a video commercial is requested, please email gsbcaug@gmail.com directly.
