Purpose Statement:
The mission of the Youth and the Children Ministry at Good Shepherd is to lay a foundation and provide an atmosphere in which the youth and the children can make a responsible decision for Christ and grow in knowledge and understanding of the responsibility of that decision through Bible training and application to their daily lives.

Our Youth and Children's Ministries exist to bring TOGETHER youth and children in our congregation and neighboring community; to reach each one with the love of Christ; to spark a fire of passion in each heart and see it advance into a burning relationship with Jesus Christ; to bring them to a true intimacy with God, and to help them build their own legacy for Jesus.

These ministries have various organizations of Worship and Fellowship for the Youth and the Children of Good Shepherd -Youth Evangelistic Task Force, Youth Investors, Summer Enrichment, Teens in Action, Youth Ushers, Youth Dancers, Vacation Bible School, Children's Choir, Youth Choir, Youth and Teen Bible Classes and Children's Church.

Youth advisors meet the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm.
Youth meetings are held the 2nd Saturday of each month at 11:00 am.
